Pre 2012
Commercial and product foundations
Early commercial and product-facing work built a strong bias toward practical problem solving, structured thinking, and the search for what really matters beneath the surface noise.
2010-2017
Applied invention and system development
This developed into hands-on work in product innovation, including composting and related systems, where the emphasis was on real-world performance, not just theory.
2017-2025
Soil, compost, biochar, and circular-carbon systems
The work expanded into broader material and environmental systems, including soil health, biochar, humus, filtration media, and circular-carbon opportunities.
2025
Knowledge hubs and digital assets
As the body of work grew, specialist knowledge was turned into structured websites and digital assets designed to improve clarity, accessibility, and practical use.

Claim clarity and public reasoning tools
This led into work on how claims are interpreted and reacted to, including C-it as a separate pause-layer and claim-clarity project.

Better Thinking
The current stage focuses on structured reasoning methods, tools, and case studies under Better Thinking — the main public umbrella for Tony’s reasoning and problem-structuring work.
